Parent Involvement Committee
Daybreak Parent Child Centre is dedicated to ensuring that the programs, supports and services we offer are reflective of the needs of the children and families enrolled in Daybreak. There are a variety of ways that families can provide input and feedback.
Each of Daybreak’s four core programs conducts program evaluations and general surveys. These are done informally and formally. Parents and child-care providers are asked to complete written surveys or participate in focus groups. It also happens everyday through group discussion, individual chats and a simple note!
For families enrolled in the Children and Parent Programs there is also the opportunity to be involved in the Parent Involvement Committee. The Committee meets monthly and is a great way to learn more about Daybreak and voice your concerns and programming ideas.
