Children’s Program
Children’s Program The Children’s Program is licensed under the Child Care Services Act of the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The Children’s Program can provide care for 56 children between the ages of 24 and 84 months.

Daybreak Community Program
What is Daybreak Community Program?Daybreak Community Programs is all about supporting families with young children. We offer a wide range of programs for children birth to age six and their families. In addition to pre-natal programs for youth and newcomer families.

Family Home Visitation Program
Daybreak Parent Child Centre implemented the Family Home Visitation Program (FHVP), revamping the former Parent Coach program at Child, Youth and Family Services, Eastern Regional Health Authority in 2005. The Family Home Visitation program was phased in between July 2005 and January 2006 and provides home visiting to families living in St. John’s, Mount Pearl and Conception Bay South communities. Funding for the program is provided by the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services.

Parent Program
The main floor of Daybreak Parent Child Centre is devoted mainly to Parent Programming. The parent area consists of a large comfortable living-room space, a large kitchen, child-minding space, and the clothing room. This is a warm and inviting space with couches, loveseats, and a computer work station with internet access.
